Gorgio Stock

Giorgio Stock is Managing Director of Walt Disney Branded Television, Italy. He is responsible for the management of the Disney Channels in Italy and plans for expansion into Greece, Turkey, Israel and Cyprus.

Prior to his current position, Mr Stock spent eight years at Walt Disney Publishing Worldwide where he was initially responsible for the European book business. In the last three years Stock ran the global licensing business, which includes magazines and part works. In this role he oversaw activities in over 70 markets with 23 publishing offices and a team of more than 70 executives.

Before joining Disney, Mr Stock was Vice President, Corporate Development at Bertelsmann AG, Europe's leading media company.
