Rob Gilby joined Disney branded television as the Vice President and Managing Director of UK, Scandinavia & Emerging Markets in February 2006. He heads up Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney, Disney Cinemagic and abc1.
He previously worked at Turner Entertainment Networks Asia where he was Vice President, Network Development and Strategic Marketing where he was responsible for identifying business opportunities and strategic priorities. He joined Turner as Vice President, Business Development in 2000.
