Simon Amselem is Senior Vice President and Managing Director Disney Television France and oversees all three Disney Channels in France.
Prior to his current position, Simon was Vice President, Europe for the ABC group. In 1998 as part of the business development unit of Walt Disney Television International, he launched Disney Channel Spain and later Playhouse Disney, Toon Disney and Disney Channel +1. Simon was also involved with the launch of Disney Channel Portugal and helped extend the channel's distribution to Angola and Mozambique.
